Help boost your child’s early literacy skills with the scarecrow letters for preschoolers activity.
Throughout history, boys and girls have had problems in the reading and writing processes. It was considered that children at an early age could not understand the basic concepts to learn to read and write.
However, after various investigations, it was concluded that the reading and writing processes should begin at an early age. Although many children today still have reading and writing problems, these drawbacks can be avoided at an early age.
These processes must begin at an early age because children start developing all their skills, get new knowledge, and define their interests.
Here, the teacher’s role is fundamental because they have the perfect opportunity to get children into the world of literacy adequately. However, introduce children to reading does not depend merely on the teacher.
Let us remember that children learn through imitation, so it will be easier for them to enter the reading world if they read at home.
Literacy is essential to enhance language. When boys and girls begin to read, this becomes their first source of words, new concepts, and narrative structures. All of these strengthens language in children.
