MATERIALS
- A soup dish or a bowl
- Food coloring
- Milk
- Liquid soap
- Cotton swab
ACTIVITY DEVELOPMENT
Step 1:
Pour the milk into the soup dish/bowl until covering the bottom of it.
Step 2:
Add some drops of the food coloring and mix it with the milk.
Step 3:
Apply liquid soap to the cotton swab and insert it into the milk with food coloring and check the reaction. Talk about thanksgiving special dinner jelly sauce

This easy science experiment for kids activity can also be done with older children. To increase the difficulty level and make it more interesting, children can add different food coloring colors. That will be a pop of color. You can use full-fat milk and then lactose-free milk and see what happens. Ask children what they see and what they think about.
